| description: Only the healthy Garnacha, Viura and Tempranillo grapes are used. The proces include a period of 12 hours of "skin contact" that is giving the characteristic pink colour of the wine.
Fermentation proces take place in 200 litres vats for about 25 days. After four months aging is the wine bottled. |
