| description: 80% of Tempranillo and 20% of Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano grapes. After the fermentation in wooden vats is finished, the aging proces is taking place for 12 months in the same vats. Afterwards spend another 36 months in the oak barriques and another 36 months in the bottle. This long aging developes great structure, deep dark-cherry colour, aromas appearing stonefruit, minerals and with age becoming chocolatey and leathery. |
